1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to www.setuvia.com (the "Site"), operated by SETUVIA Technologies Private Limited ("SETUVIA", "we"). By using the Site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Pre-launch status
SETUVIA's products — including SetuviaSearch AI, SetuviaInsight, SetuviaFinance, SetuviaScore, SetuviaRent, SetuviaPay and others described on the Site — are in development and early access. Descriptions reflect current plans and may change. Joining the early-access waitlist creates no obligation on SETUVIA to provide access, features, pricing or timelines, and no payment is collected through this Site.
3. Informational only — no advice, no offer
- Sample listings, prices, Market Context Bands, scores and verdicts shown on the Site are representative and illustrative, for product demonstration only.
- References to "official registered value" describe government-recorded benchmarks (e.g., registered transaction values, ready-reckoner rates); they are not a statement of the market worth of any specific property or of any private negotiation.
- Calculators (EMI, stamp duty, registration) are indicative, based on published Maharashtra rates that may change; verify with IGR Maharashtra and your lender before acting.
- Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, a valuation, a loan offer or sanction, insurance solicitation, or an offer of securities. Property and credit decisions should be made with qualified professionals.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be 18 or older to submit the waitlist form. You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Site; scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or data; submit another person's details without authority; upload malicious code; or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for breach.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the SETUVIA name, logo, product names, text, design, graphics and code — are owned by or licensed to SETUVIA and protected under applicable law. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent. Government data referenced (IGR, MahaRERA, ready-reckoner rates) belongs to the respective authorities.
6. Third-party links
Links to third-party sites (e.g., IGR Maharashtra, MahaRERA, RBI, MeitY) are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SETUVIA and its directors, officers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its information. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SETUVIA against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the Site is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts at Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
