We do not collect financial account details, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal data through this Site, and we ask you not to submit them.
3. Legal basis: your consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the waitlist form, for the specific purposes stated there. You may withdraw consent at any time (Section 7) — withdrawal is as easy as giving it, and does not affect processing already carried out.
4. What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal data to brokers, developers, marketers or anyone else.
- We do not use your data for behavioural advertising.
- We do not make automated decisions with legal effect about you through this Site.
5. Who we share data with
Only with Data Processors who help us run the Site — such as website hosting, form handling and email delivery providers — under contracts that restrict them to our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law or a governmental authority under applicable Indian law.
6. Storage, security and retention
We apply reasonable security safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege access) appropriate to a pre-launch company, and will strengthen these as products go live. Waitlist data is retained until SETUVIA's public launch and for up to 24 months thereafter, or until you ask us to erase it — whichever is earlier — unless a longer period is required by law. In the event of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required by the DPDPA.
7. Your rights under the DPDPA
- Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing carried out;
- Correction and erasure — have inaccurate data corrected or your data deleted;
- Grievance redressal — a readily available means to have concerns addressed;
- Nomination — nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
- Withdraw consent — at any time, with effect for future processing.
To exercise any right, email privacy@setuvia.com or kunal@setuvia.com with the subject "DPDPA request". We aim to respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDPA and its rules. You also have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied with our response.

11. Changes to this policy
We will post any revision here with an updated date, and — for material changes — notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect signifies acceptance for future processing.
